The exact language SomaIQ shows alongside its outputs in the product is:

Using SomaIQ does not create a doctor–patient relationship between SomaIQ and any patient. SomaIQ does not practice medicine and is not a substitute for the professional judgment of a qualified healthcare provider.

4. If you are a patient viewing a shared report

A SomaIQ report shared with you reflects your own practitioner’s review of your lab results. As stated on those reports:

This report is provided by your practitioner for educational purposes and reflects your practitioner’s review of your lab results. It is not a medical diagnosis. Always discuss results and any changes to your health plan with your practitioner.

• Direct any questions about your results or care to your own practitioner — the practice that shared the report with you.
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something in a report.
• If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
